Last updated September 3, 2026. RyGuy Sports (ryguysports.com) is run by Ryan Craig in Wisconsin, USA. This page says what the site collects and why, in plain language.
What we collect
Nothing you don’t give us. Reading the site requires no account. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep the email address you typed. If you leave a comment, we keep the comment, your name/email if you entered one, and your IP address for spam filtering. If you send us a fantasy roster, a trade, or a photo for a skit, we keep what you sent long enough to make your reply.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics (through Site Kit) to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and records your approximate location, device, and the pages you visit. We do not sell this data. You can block it with any cookie or tracker blocker and the site works fine.
Newsletter
Newsletter email is sent through MailPoet and Hostinger Reach. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list; we do not keep a copy for marketing.
Photos and rosters you send us
Photos and league details you submit for a fantasy grade or a skit are used only to make your item. Photos of people are deleted within 14 days of delivery. We do not create images or video of any real person without that person’s consent, and you must be 18 or older and have the pictured person’s permission to submit their photo. See the Terms of Service.
Embedded content
Articles may embed posts from X, YouTube videos, and podcast players. Those embeds behave as if you visited those sites directly, including their cookies and tracking.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger, with page caching by LiteSpeed. Server logs (IP address, page requested, time) are kept by the host for security and rotated on their schedule.
Your rights
Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reach us through the Contact page.
